As you may know, Startup Weekend Romania is literally around the corner with only one day left to go.

With all the excitement that Global Entrepreneurship Week brings, its hard to decide on which events to go to here in Bucharest- as they are all really awesome!

If you have an idea / startup that you would like to pitch on the Friday you are welcome to – however you do NOT need to have an idea to pitch! Around 60% of attendees come along to the weekend to work with a team, to explore opportunities and network.

For those with a startup already, #swVampire is a great platform to validate and test your product. It allows you to go through the motions of a startup cycle within a weekend. You get to pitch the idea to seasoned pros who will mentor you through the weekend, and a chance to practice your elevator pitch in front of a panel of jury members.

Startup Weekend is one of THE best networking events for like minded individuals. You can walk through the door on Friday afternoon not knowing anyone, and by the end of the weekend you will walk out with a handful of invaluable contacts that will help you achieve your goals.
